EProfessor Referral & Ambassador Program Terms
Welcome to the Program
We’re thrilled you want to help share EProfessor with the world! This program rewards you for introducing new creators, educators, and trainers to our platform.
By joining, you agree to these Terms. We’ve kept them plain, honest, and easy to follow.
Who Can Join
You can participate if you:
• Have an active paid EProfessor account, or
• Use a free Referral-Only Account that lets you earn commissions but doesn’t let you publish courses or tests until you upgrade.
You must be 18 or older and legally allowed to join a referral program.
EProfessor may approve, deny, or revoke access at its discretion.
Sign up here if you don't have an account and then go to the Referrals page in the admin.
How You Earn
Earn 20 % of EProfessor’s net profit from every customer you refer. “Net profit” means what’s left after payment fees, refunds, chargebacks, discounts, and taxes.
Lifetime Earnings – You earn for as long as both you stay enrolled and your referred accounts remain active and paid. If you cancel or leave EProfessor, all future commissions stop. There are no caps, no buyouts, and no expiration dates.
How Referrals Are Tracked
A referral is counted when someone signs up using your unique referral link.
That customer is then permanently connected to you for as long as:
• Their subscription stays active and paid, and
• You remain enrolled and in good standing in the program.
Self-referrals aren’t allowed. Creating fake accounts or attempting to refer yourself will void commissions.
If someone was exposed to multiple referrers, credit goes to the link used at the moment of paid signup.
EProfessor’s system of record decides attribution if there’s ever a dispute.
Getting Paid
Your commissions move into “cleared” status 60 days after your referral’s payment, to allow time for refunds or chargebacks.
Once funds are cleared and you have at least $50 USD in cleared earnings, you can request a payout anytime through your dashboard.
Payments are not automatic — you choose when to withdraw.
Available payout methods will be listed in your dashboard and may change over time.
You are responsible for any taxes on your earnings. If required by law, we may request tax details (for example, a W-9 in the U.S.).
Promoting EProfessor
We’ll provide a media kit with approved logos, visuals, and sample messaging to help you share EProfessor in a way that stays on-brand.
You’re welcome to promote EProfessor through ethical methods such as:
• Social media posts
• Email newsletters
• Websites or blogs
• Webinars, videos, or community content
Please avoid:
• Misrepresenting EProfessor or making false claims
• Spam or unsolicited mass messaging
• Misleading or deceptive marketing tactics
• Buying ads using EProfessor’s name or trademarks without written approval
• Implying you work for or officially represent EProfessor beyond being a participant in this program
Breaking these rules may result in removal from the program and loss of future commissions.
Staying Fair and Honest
We value integrity. If fraudulent, abusive, or unethical behavior is detected, we may pause or remove you from the program.
If removal happens due to a violation:
• All future commissions stop immediately
• Any cleared funds (past the 60-day window) will still be payable
• No additional earnings will accrue
Program Updates
We may update or adjust the referral program from time to time — for example, changing commission percentages, payout systems, or eligibility rules.
If we make a major change, we’ll notify all participants.
Any new rules apply only to future referrals.
Existing referred customers stay under the rules that were active when they joined (“grandfathered”), unless a legal or payment rule requires an update.
If the Program Ever Ends
If we ever discontinue the referral program, you’ll get advance notice.
All cleared commissions will remain available for withdrawal.
No new commissions will accrue after the official end date.
A final withdrawal window will be announced to give everyone time to collect what they’ve earned.
