My Profile
My Profile, found under Settings, is where you manage your own account details: your name, profile picture, language preference, and login security. It's distinct from the Instructors section, which is for managing other team members; this page is just for you.
Getting there
Go to Settings > My Profile.
Profile header
At the top, your name and email are displayed, along with your profile picture. If your email hasn't been verified yet, an Unverified email indicator appears next to your name.
Two tabs sit below the header: Settings and Security.
Settings tab
The Settings tab contains your Profile Details:
Picture — your profile photo. Click the pencil icon on the image to upload a new one. Only .jpg or .png files are allowed.
Name (required) — your display name, shown throughout the platform and on any certificates you issue as an instructor.
Language (required) — your preferred language. This determines how you see dates, times, and number formatting throughout your own admin experience, separate from the default language your students see, which is set in Look & Feel > Website.
Security tab
The Security tab is where you manage how you log in, such as changing your password and any other login security settings tied to your account.
Tips
Keep your Name accurate and up to date, especially if you issue certificates to students, since your name appears as the signature on every certificate you send.
If you see an Unverified email notice, resolve it as soon as possible. An unverified email can affect your ability to receive important account notifications or recover access if you're ever locked out.
Your personal Language setting only affects what you see as an admin. If you need to change what language students see on your portal, that's a separate setting under Look & Feel > Website > Advanced.
